A vulnerability in Apache Struts 1 ActionForm allowing unintended remote operations against components on server memory, such as Servlets and ClassLoader, was found.

Affects Apache Struts versions 1.0 through 1.3.10

I don't see struts being shipped in RHEL-6. Am I something missing?

Not saying we're shipping struts in RHEL6. But struts-1.3.10-6.ep5.el6 has been shipped in EAP5 or Satellite 5.
