Description of problem:

QCI 1.2 uses Satellite 6.2 beta for server but is sync'ing content from Satellite Tools 6.1

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

QCI 1.2 (This install was completed from an ISO with the Media ID 1464968676.044382 at 03:44:36 PM on 03 Jun 2016.)

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install QCI 1.2
2. Deploy RHEV
3. During installation progress, View Content Sync Status

Actual results:

Satellite Tools 6.1 repos being sync'd

Expected results:

Satellite Tools 6.2 beta repos being sync'd

Additional info:

Known issues in interoperability between Satellite Tools 6.1 and Satellite 6.2 Server include OpenSCAP
