ovirt_provision_plugin not in satellite channel

Description of problem: ovirt_provision_plugin (ruby193-rubygem-ovirt_provision_plugin) rpm should be available in satellite channel, or maybe even installed automatically as part of satellite, for better user experience this plugin is required for integration of RHEV with satellite Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install satellite 2. yum install ruby193-rubygem-ovirt_provision_plugin Actual results: No package ruby193-rubygem-ovirt_provision_plugin available.
