Verified, rcue1-1.3.0-1.el7.noarch (build 4.0.0-19). 

Package is installed as dependency of ovirt-engine RPM.
Bug is attached to erratum.

Re-verified with rcue1-1.3.0-1.el7ev.noarch (present in erratum).
No distortions in the UI observed, styles, colors, logos, fonts look fine.
