when building f24 release notes, the result is  "Copyright © 2014 Fedora Project Contributors."
the result should be " © 2016"

btw, is there any reason not to translate this license ?

F26 release notes say “Copyright © 2017 Fedora Project Contributors.”, so this has been fixed.
