Description of problem:

There may be instances where the rpm underlying the content or the path to the content is corrupted or suspect. Provide the ability to verify the content and force a synchronization to the Satellite if necessary (to the CDN if the capsule is embedded in the Satellite Server).

Also as per https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/01702172 - in addition to rpms, there should be verification for the downloaded images too.

Go to Infrastructure -> Capsules -> Select a Capsule -> Synchronize -> `Complete Sync` will force sync Capsule with Satellite.

But there is no way currently to actually verify the contents in capsule.
