This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

When opening a case using redhat-support-tool and selecting a severity, they are listed as:
1 - Low
2 - Normal
3 - High
4 - Urgent

Can this be modified to represent the actual severity levels:
1 - Urgent
2 - High
3 - Normal
4 - Low

This will unify with current severity definitions as defined in the customer portal
