Description of problem:

This could be a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1345832  .I've opened bug 1345832 against Providers component and am opening this bug against UI.

I will retest once bug 1345832 is fixed and verify that the C&U graph for memory usage is being displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1.Enable C&U collection for OSP provider.
2.From the summary page of the Availability zone, click Monitoring and then click Utilization.


Actual results:
---------------
Memory metric is not being rolled up to OSP Availability zones.This data is not available in the DB and hence the C&U graph for memory usage is also missing.


Expected results:
-----------------
C&U graph for memory usage should be displayed for OSP Availability zones

This needs to be tested after https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1345832 is fixed. Might not need any further changes after 134832 is fixed.

Now that https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1345832 is fixed, can you please re-test and see if this is still an issue.
