Description of problem:
Tooltip hides part of fact distribution chart


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
satellite-6.2.0-15.1.beta.el7sat.noarch


How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have Sat with client registered
2. Monitor -> Facts -> some fact name (I used "memory") -> hoover
   "Show distribution chart" button and notice tooltip which appeared
3. Click the button


Actual results:
Graph which appears when you have clicked at the "Show distribution chart" button, is partly hidden by the tooltip. You have to click the graph to hide the tooltip.


Expected results:
Graph should be fully visible when it appears
