Steps to Reproduce:
1. install ceph cluster by ceph-ansible
2. install calamari on one monitor
3. install agent on all ceph nodes
4. import ceph cluster
5. check hosts status in Console UI

Actual results:
Collectd is not started after import. Salt reports into logs errors about ssl.

Expected results:
There will be information about all hosts from imported cluster in UI.
