Doc Text:	Previously, failed refresh operations for Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization virtual machines reported an 'OK' status from the EmsRefresh.refresh command, instead of correctly reporting an error. This has been fixed in this update by indicating a partial refresh error by raising an exception in the message status.
