Warning icon vertical misalignment

Description of problem:
The Warning icon seems to be vertically aligned to the top, while other icons (Up, Down, Alert, etc.) are aligned to the bottom. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-dashboard-1.0.0-20160531git79dac90.el7ev.x86_64 (build 4.0.0-14).
Also reproduced in master: ovirt-engine-dashboard-1.0.0-0.2.20160610git5d210ea.el7.centos.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Dashboard - top inventory, have one of the items in Warning status, besides Up/Down.
2. Check the vertical alignment of the Warning icon with the other icons.
3.

Actual results:
Warning icon is aligned more to the top, while other icons are aligned to the bottom.

Expected results:
All icons have the same vertical alignment.

I talked to Serena. We need to ask agalante about mixing icon sets -- we are, and that could be the cause.

Andres says there is a PatternFly bug, and is looking into it.  I'll update once i hear more!
