Prepare 2 disks(disk 1 & disk2). 2. Install RHVH on this machine via anaconda interactive installation. 3. Place /boot partition on disk1. 4. Place other partition(/; /home; /var; /swap) on disk1 and 2. 5. Continue install RHVH. 6. Focus on the installation process. Actual results: An error occurs during anaconda interactive installation on multipath disk machine. Expected results: Anaconda interactive installation on multipath disk machine can successful. Additional info: No such issue during anaconda interactive installation on one disk machine.

Chen, the logs from comment 2 seem to be from post-installation. To debug this issue I need the logs which are stored during the installation on /tmp.
I could not reproduce this issue with: ovirt-node-ng-installer-ovirt-4.0-snapshot-2016061513.iso and RHEV-H-7.2-20160610.1-RHEVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso

Please re-run the installation, but change the kickstart to use: imgbase --debug layout --init

I think it was a one time failure, --debug only increases the output and has no functional change. Closing according to comment 7 and comment 4.
Fabian, for this bug, in document, we need to guide user to customize the KS file as must use "imgbase layout --init" in post session otherwise avoiding some exception.
