Description of problem:
 Hovering over sparkline shows tooltip with time, however when time 10+ comes it stretch the text to new line. See att pic.

1. Hover over time 9:20 AM and 10:30 AM

Expected results:
The Tooltip box shouldn't create 2nd line (with AM, GMT, etc)
