Change propagated to RHOS 9.0 codebase as well (build 500006; sahara-image-elements-4.0.0-2.el7ost). Open commit policy does not require bug cloning; noting here for reference.

The name of the generated image does not contain the number of the subversion of RHEL anymore, so
rhel-6-sahara-hdp-2-0.qcow2
rhel-6-sahara-cloudera-5-4-0.qcow2

sahara-image-elements-3.0.0-6.el7ost.noarch
