For 4.0, the link should be  https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Virtualization/4.0/html/Administration_Guide/chap-Backups_and_Migration.html

rhevm-4.0.0.5-0.1.el7ev.noarch

The link seems not to be correct:

Why? That's a version from a month ago.

Please try with latest build for QE. It should include rhevm-branding-rhev-4.0.0-3, which should fix this.
