Description of problem:

Currently Users from LDAP (or other external authentication services) are added to the Default organization and are not given a user group. These fields should be added under the LDAP Configuration page so users are created with the correct group and organization associations in Red Hat Satellite 6

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up LDAP authentication
2. Log in with LDAP user
3. Log out as LDAP and Log in as Local Satellite Admin account

Actual results:

LDAP user will be listed in Default_Organization and not have any role defined.

Expected results:

Once the fields are added, expect to see LDAP users correctly filtered into Organizations and User Groups within satellite.

This has been implemented in 6.3 and cherry-picked to 6.2 as you can see in the linked issue. Closing as duplicate
