Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.

1. Click on "Use Foreman/Satellite" should pick first provider and "Discovered Hosts" automatically - need to check with and without provider and multiply providers. the flow should pick automatically the first host and should fill up the fields in the form with the host info.

2. Switching between "Discovered Hosts" and "Discovered Hosts" change the fields in the form with the first available host in both lists.

3. Removing "Use Foreman/Satellite" should clean all fields 

4. Changing the "name" should automatically fill the address field with "name.domain" depends on the hostgroup you pick. check with and without hostgroup and with different characters (not only utf-8) in the name field.
