Additional info:
Moving to pki-core given that resteasy-jaxrs-api is its dependency.
Also caught by openQA freeipa role deployment test: https://openqa.stg.fedoraproject.org/tests/25758 proposing as an F25 Alpha blocker - "Release-blocking roles and the supported role configuration interfaces must meet the core functional Role Definition Requirements to the extent that supported roles can be successfully deployed, started, stopped, brought to a working configuration, and queried." (you can't deploy the domain controller role because of this).
On June 30, 2016, ftweedal: Fixed in master (3fdc686c9a4bab492d50cef707beef1f5f043153)
This does seem resolved in current Rawhide; FreeIPA server deployment still fails, but with a different error.
