Description of problem:
Console client resources web page of the rhev-m portal still offers deprecated USB Clerk to download although USB clerk is not distributed anymore:

reusing for downstream changes -
- remove USBclerk reference
- mention .vv association is needed for Native (win and general linux)

I removed the links from the branding package. 4.0.2 release should have the changes.
