Description of problem:
Currently, VDSM requires imageio only in hosts running fc23, as ovirt-imageio builds were missing in el channels.

Now the channels contain those builds, so imageio can be enabled also in el.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. deploy a host with el7

Actual results:
ovirt-imageio-daemon is missing

Expected results:
ovirt-imageio-daemon should be installed and running.

Now when installing a host, ovirt-imageio-daemon is also installed and running (on el7).

Verified using:

rhevm-4.0.2-0.1.rc.el7ev.noarch
ovirt-imageio-proxy-0.3.0-0.el7ev.noarch
ovirt-imageio-common-0.3.0-0.el7ev.noarch
