Description of problem:

The following directories need to be created during the installation:

%INSTALL_DIR%/hooks/before_migration
%INSTALL_DIR%/hooks/after_migration
%INSTALL_DIR%/hooks/before_hibernation
%INSTALL_DIR%/hooks/after_hibernation

Where %INSTALL_DIR% is the directory of the ovirt guest agent service executable.
