Description of problem:
When running ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap-setup over a server that is down, there is no timeout and the process can run for ours.

ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap-setup-1.2.0-1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap-setup pointing to a ldap server that is down
2. wait for timeout

Actual results:
ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap-setup runs for ours

Expected results:
ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap-setup timesout after a short period of time
