Description of problem:
Remove all reference of the vintage ovirt-node code from master - infra.

This code is nor running on rhev-h next.

oVirt 4.0 still supports 3.6 hosts, so we cannot remove oVirt Vintage Node earlier than in 4.1

As far as danken understands, vintage node is no longer built in 4.0, only ng-node. ng-node still support clusterLevel 3.6.

Vdsm code still refers to legacy node in a few places. These are dead code pieces that should be dropped. Note that they can safely be dropped in 4.1 - it is not urgent.

In 4.1 we will still support 3.6 clients
