Description of problem:
When VM migration is running, and we try to edit something in cluster 
or just Click ok without any changes, we get incorrect error
"internal Engine error".

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. VM migration 
2. Edit cluster 
3. Click ok

Actual results:
Incorrect error "internal engine error"

Expected results:
We expect to correct error, and when we just click ok without changes we don't expect an error

This bug was fixed and is slated to be in the upcoming version. As we
are focusing our testing at this phase on severe bugs, this bug was
closed without going through its verification step. If you think this
bug should be verified by QE, please set its severity to high and move
it back to ON_QA
