This should be fixed on master by https://cgit.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/commit/?id=072358dad08b4b2206f15e6b0ebf9f096e81c05e,

which is also part of the RHEL-build NetworkManager-1.4.0-0.2.git20160621.072358da.el7
