Description of problem:
When trying to attach a disk with VirtIO-ISCSI / SPAPR-VSCSI interface to a running VM (i.e. hot attach) the operation fails

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a floating disk and a VM with one bootable disk
2. Run the VM and wait till it reaches UP status
3. Try to attach the floating disk to the VM with VirtIO-ISCSI interface

Actual results:
The attach will fail

Expected results:
The attach should succeed

Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.

resolved in oVirt 4.0.1 released on July 19th 2016, it has been closed with a
resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
