The dev team has changed Azure image in a way the current steps no longer work.  Now users are required to use SSH key to log into the appliance.

There are instruction changes for 1.2.1 "Uploading the CFME Appliance Using Azure Powershell Script".

Also, any other sections that reference 'root' user to log into appliance needs to be changed, as you can no longer login with 'root' account.  Then to run appliance_console, you'll need to use 'sudo', so the command will become "sudo appliance_console".

2.4 "Configuring an internal database" also has reference to 'root' account, so that needs to be changed as well.
