Description of problem:
scrollkeeper-config is needed to build libgda
nroff (from groff package) is needed to build libgda manpages
libgda optionally requires readline-devel and RawHide version of
libgda linked with libreadline.so.4

libgda-1.0.4-2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rpm -e scrollkeeper readline-devel  groff 
2.rpmbuild -ba libgda-1.0.4-2.src.rpm
3.Wait for error
