Description of problem:
rubygem-activereocrd package is not found in EPEL 7 repo, but package page shows it is approved for EPEL 7: 
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/rpms/rubygem-activerecord/

Additionally, rubygem-activerecord requires rubygem-activesupport.  Activesupport is currently version 4.2.6.  Current version of activerecord and activesupport are 4.2.5.x respectively.  odd that EPEL is "newer".

Please add rubygem-activerecord 4.2.x and associated dependencies to EPEL 7 repo.
