Package php-Raven fails to build from source in rawhide.

0.13.0-2.fc24

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f25 php-Raven-0.13.0-2.fc24.src.rpm

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.
