Error when adding new user from copied one

Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.6.0.12

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Settings -> Configure -> Access Control
2. Copy a user
3.

Actual results:
Password has dots, but when I want to copy it it errs:"Password can't be blank"

Expected results:
Password should look empty or it should be inherited from copied user

Verified in 5.7.0.3. In the UI it doesn't look like password was inherited anymore.
