It seems that IPA is calling scripts in /var/lib/dirsrv/scripts-* while it should be calling scripts in /usr/sbin and use -Z parameter to specify dirsrv instance. Upstream ticket: https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/6073 Cleaning up tickets in ipa component. The presence of DS executables in /var/ is DS bug. Moving to DS to investigate/fix if the bug is still present.
