It appears that the following change was not pulled downstream: https://github.com/Katello/katello-installer/pull/304 Based on some initial testing, this PR will not cherry-pick cleanly downstream; therefore, I'll open a downstream MR with the changes that incorporates the changes from this PR that we do not currently have.
