Description of problem: In order to modify kernel boot parameters from webadmin (hosts tab -> edit host -> kernel tab), the admin must reinstall and reboot the host after modifying the kernel cmdline. In the kernel dialog it's unclear that this procedure is needed in order to make the changes to take effect. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ovirt-engine-4.1.0-0.0.master.20160622231316.git038ce87.el7.centos vdsm-4.18.999-170.git0a993e4.el7.centos.x86_64 libvirt-client-1.2.17-13.el7_2.5.x86_64 qemu-kvm-rhev-2.3.0-31.el7_2.17.x86_64 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Browse webadmin and navigate to hosts tab -> edit host -> kernel tab. 2. Check "PCI Reallocation" checkbox and click "ok" button. 3. Actual results: changes do not take effect, although the "kernel command line" text box is filled with the parameters. Expected results: Mention in the dialog or after clicking "ok" button, that reinstall host and reboot host afterward is needed in order to make changes take effect. Additional info: Edit host dialog screenshot attached.

We improve the message as appears in Kernel boot parameters dialog for emphasizing that reinstall and restart is needed in order to make kernel parameters changes to take effect. Anyway, we should consider changing this dialog to enable running restart+reinstall for that host immediately after kernel parameters changing. Either by using a wizard or by moving this dialog from "edit host" to Management/Installations menus and calling it "reinstall with additional kernel boot parameters" or something like that..
