9.54 customers shouldn't hit this bug. The logic changed: consumer checkin tables no longer exist. 

Slight improvements (shortening hypervisor checkin transactions)  will be targeted for 2.0 and will be tracked in clone 1351776.

But I don't think these need to hit Sat 6.2

To avoid confusion, I will close 1351776 and I will open a new RFE for the improvements.
