In RHV 4.0, a sampling scale for Data Warehouse is configured by engine-setup when the Manager and/or Data Warehouse are first configured. In some cases, a user may want to change the sampling scale.

Details of the two sampling scales ('Full' and 'Basic') must be documented, as well as steps for changing the sampling scale, as outlined in bug 1335009.

Note: Configuring the sampling scale during a standard RHV-M setup was documented as part of bug 1346618. Configuring the sampling scale during remote DWH setup should be covered as part of bug 1351864.
