Description of problem:
skyring Url redirection does not work when selinux is enabled. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.install skyring and run the setup script.
2.let selinux be in enforcing mode.
3.try to access skyring web using the url: http://<hostname>/skyring

Actual results:
The above url doesn't take you to skyring web.

Expected results:
The above Url should be redirected to skyring webapp without any issues.


Additional info:
This works fine if selinux is set to permissive mode.
