Description of problem: The EPEL6 packages for uwsgi have private capabilities (i.e. *_plugin.so()) listed as provides. These should be filtered out, which happens automatically on EL7 and Fedora. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.0.12-2.el6 Actual results: > [carl@epel6 ~]$ repoquery --provides uwsgi-plugin-python > python_plugin.so()(64bit) > uwsgi-plugin-python = 2.0.12-2.el6 > uwsgi-plugin-python(x86-64) = 2.0.12-2.el6 Expected results: > [carl@epel7 ~]$ repoquery --provides uwsgi-plugin-python > uwsgi-plugin-python = 2.0.12-2.el7 > uwsgi-plugin-python(x86-64) = 2.0.12-2.el7 Suggested fix: Add this line before the %filter_setup macro. > %filter_provides_in %{_libdir}/uwsgi/.*\.so$ Additional info: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:AutoProvidesAndRequiresFiltering https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL:Packaging_Autoprovides_and_Requires_Filtering
