Description of problem:

in time of start, stay the evolution 3.20.3 without the net connection. the another programs (with the net) work good (firefox, sylpheed, virtualbox and ...)

1.evolution-shell-Message: Network disconnected.  Forced offline.

2.openjdk version "1.8.0_92"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_92-b14)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.92-b14, mixed mode)

Thanks for a bug report. There seems to be some problem with a GNetworkMonitor, provided by glib2, its gio subpart. Evolution relies on the GNetworkMonitor for the network availability and server reachability detection.
