Steps to Reproduce:
1. Interactively Install RHEV-H
2. Select "Simple Chinese" language in language selection screen
3. Check the next screen language

Actual results:
The language of installer UI is not set to be the selected Simple Chinese.

Expected results:
The language of installer UI should be the selected Simple Chinese.

Additional info:
The issue does not occur with RHEL7.2

This isn't anything we set in the kickstart.

It looks like it may be a problem with our anaconda build and localization, though. I'm investigating.

Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.
