Description of problem:
Some options in anaconda installer have not default values(such as "timezone","keyboard" and so on).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEV-H-7.2-20160623.0-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Interactively Install RHEV-H
2. During installation, check the values of timezone,keyboard etc.

Actual results:
They have not default values, user needs to select one to continue installation

Expected results:
All the options during installation should have default values exception of partition and root account.

Additional info:
In RHEL 7.2, the options have default values.

The timezone and kbd layout is highly user specific, thus I'd tend to say that we do not set defaults for them.

We should probably push this out from 4.0.4 -- the bug blocking it is still in NEW. Unless we want to set defaults now (we probably don't), this will likely not make 4.0.4
