Description of problem:

A user that has % character in their password, get this error: "server_error: URLDecoder: Incomplete trailing escape (%) pattern"

How reproducible:
allways

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup to authenticate to AD domain.
2. Add permissions to AD user who uses the % character in their password
3. Login as that user

Actual results:
server_error: URLDecoder: Incomplete trailing escape (%) pattern 

Expected results:
Successful login

This is SSO issue not aaa-ldap

Moving back to post, we need to backport patch to ovirt-engine-4.0 branch.

This bug was fixed and is slated to be in the upcoming version. As we
are focusing our testing at this phase on severe bugs, this bug was
closed without going through its verification step. If you think this
bug should be verified by QE, please set its severity to high and move
it back to ON_QA
