Hi Although qt5-qtmultimedia and all gstreamer packages are installed, digikam-5.0.0-1.fc24 doesn't work with qt5-qtmultimedia -> No video thumbnails When I check help > component information QtMultimedia support: no Is digikam-5.0.0-1.fc24 compiled with qt5-qtmultimedia?
It appears QtMultimedia is only used for an optional, but disabled by default, embedded media player feature. From core/CMakeLists.txt: option(ENABLE_MEDIAPLAYER "Build digiKam with QtMultimedia support (default=OFF)" OFF)
