Description Jaison Raju 2016-07-06 09:22:12 UTC
Description of problem:
Instance initially used multipath (/dev/mapper) , but this changed to /dev/disk/by-path/xxx .
But the instance stopped to start . & it was noticed that /dev/disk/by-path/xx path has changed .
We also confirmed that the iqn & lun number seems different for the same volume .
