Description of problem:
The quick start guide does not provide the end user with steps to register a base RHEL or Ubuntu node with the storage console

Expected results:
The end user is guided through the steps that will lead to a RHEL or Ubuntu node showing up as ready for acceptance in the RHSC2. This involves curl'ing two urls on port 8181 on the console node and running the scripts found there. This is documented on the internal mojo page.
