Verification failed in 5.6.1.0.20160726144018_810a94f.

Application is displaying following behavior
1. English translation instead of Japanese for 
    a) Download button 
    b) Reload button
2. "Log" word is not translated

Yes, the fix will be visible only after the updated translation catalog
with new strings lands (which did not happen yet).

If I put it back on to ON_QA, QA guys won't be able to verify this, since
the translations are still missing.
