Previously, if the openshift_builddefaults_no_proxy variable had been set it was not converted into a list which resulted in a broken master configuration file. This variable is now converted to a list ensuring that master configuration generated for builddefaults is properly defined.

I could reproduce it with the installation on Atomic Host. I will attach the inventory hosts and ansible logs.

Reproduced with openshift-ansible-3.3.22-1.git.0.6c888c2.el7.noarch.rpm

Fixed with openshift-ansible-3.3.25-1.git.0.56ee824.el7.noarch.rpm
