Description of problem:
Please refine documentation for changing serial-console default ports.
Adding some basic examples would be very helpful. 

https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-vmconsole/blob/master/README is not an official documentation, so it would be nice to have the official documentation too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy HE over NFS on two hosts.
2.Change default serial-console port from TCP 2222 to any other none-default port.
3.

Actual results:
I was unable to understand how to change default port on engine and hosts and explanation lacks examples.

Expected results:
Please refine documentation and make it more user friendly with examples of basic configuration of hosts and the engine.
