Description of problem:
on http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html there is a list of
mirrors for downloading Fedora Core.

http://mirror.eas.muohio.edu/fedora/linux/core/ mirror always gives
"Connection Refused" error.

Please remove that mirror from the list.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html
2. click on http://mirror.eas.muohio.edu/fedora/linux/core/ link

done. ftp still works for that site, FWIW.
